John grew up watching his father in construction and from a young age it was apparent that John loved working with his hands and had an eye for engineering. After high school John spent 5 years in The United States Marine Corp as a jet engine mechanic for the presidential helicopter, earning him a top secret security clearance. W

John grew up watching his father in construction and from a young age it was apparent that John loved working with his hands and had an eye for engineering. After high school John spent 5 years in The United States Marine Corp as a jet engine mechanic for the presidential helicopter, earning him a top secret security clearance. When his time in the Marine Corp was complete he returned home and partnered with his father owning a small residential construction company. Lukasz's experience started at a very young age, sweeping the floors of his family's millwork shop. By the age of 16 he was building cabinetry, custom pieces, and running a CNC Machine. Lukasz's love for construction led him into the heavy concrete industry where he was in charge of coordinating multiple projects at one time.

Lukasz's experience started at a very young age, sweeping the floors of his family's millwork shop. By the age of 16 he was building cabinetry, custom pieces, and running a CNC Machine. Lukasz's love for construction led him into the heavy concrete industry where he was in charge of coordinating multiple projects at one time. While growing his career in concrete construction, he attended Wentworth Institue of Technology at night. Soon after he become Director of Operations at Raycon Construction, a $30 million concrete construction firm. In 2012 Lukasz took an opportunity to start a commercial Millwork firm, Woodcraft Designers & Builders LLC. In 7 years Lukasz took the company from $2 million in sales to over $15 million in sales. The company grew from 5 employees to over 50 employees. Lukasz holds a Massachusetts construction supervisors license.
